Yamaha 450  - 4th of the Bikes Category (2nd 450cc)

For a first entry in a race, Thierry Hervé surprised many people. Discrete rider, Hervé and his Yamaha were very consistent during the whole race. For his first rally, the fourth overall position sounds like a revelation.

"I am both surprised and happy to finish in fourth place. It was indeed my first racing experience. I did a lot of motorcycle in Africa but so far only on the go. I had never used a GPS and I learned to use it stage after stage. I was still learning things till the end of the last stage. It's a great experience and I think I will come back to try to do as well as I did or even better! "
